ATFC Organization and Purpose                

An organization based on coaching fundamentals to a higher degree of Semi Professional and International “American Football”.

Our purpose is to provide information to all players and coaches with the knowledge and understanding of American-Football.  Instructing how to play and understand their position with the importance of movement and speed; how to read a defense or offense; ball handling; field use and agility.  Also instructing and understanding the importance of personal equipment (pads, helmets) in terms of safety and Rules of NCAA American Football.

 

Every player will have home study but will be coached “how to” when on the field. This will include “weight training and conditioning”.

 

If interested in becoming a player or coach for Agusan del Norte Tackle Football Conference (ATFC), please contact Head Coach “D” for Semi Pro or Head Coach “Charlie” for the International Team. Coach Ramil and ATFC President will be the ‘Offense Coordinator for team “Trojans” (Semi Pro).

OUR ORGANIZATION IS A MEMBER of “USAFootball” promoting and teaching safety in terms of shoes, pads and helmet, inspections. These items are very critical and can cause injuries to others. All coaches are trained and certified on how to inspect these items for safety prior to entering the field for practice or game.

 

GAME RULES & REGULATIONS  are under NCAA and there are no other rules or regulations however, ATFC has incorporated appendences' to assist in consistency for all ATFC divisions .

 

Officials will operate under NCAA rules and regulations governing the sport of collegiate and non-collegiate American football.
