Agusan del Norte Tackle Football (ATFC)Conference, Inc.

 

Located at  Purok 5  Ampayon,  City of Butuan, Province of Agusan del Norte in Mindanoa.  ATFC organization is operated by Ramil Lopez (left) who is the President of the organization and have encompsssed a wide range in football and officiating.  ATFC has four (4) Divisions, three (3) Divisions in Football and one (1) in Officiating.  Also, Don Willis is the flip side of Ramil holding the Office of Vice-President. There are six (6) other Conference Officers on the Board of  Incorporators. 

 

This Conference was founded on the 14th day of May 2014 and reviewed by S.E.C. on the 23rd day of June 2014 and approved on .   

 

Ramil and Don decided to start a football organization to provide another sport in Agusan del Norte, Philippines.  While hoping to jump start  American football on a Semi Professional level. However, there are other adult teams located around the country but none offering  Semi Pro Football training.  ATFC is the first to offer a Semi Professional division starting at age 19 and up to learn and play Semi Professional American Football.  They are:   Division I - Semi Pro Team "Trojans" ;  Division II - ATFC International Team Cardinals and Division III - Adult Amateur Team "BullDogs" and Division IIII - Football Officiating.

 

Now, why do we have three adult teams?  Answer: Some players are slow in learning and others are good or great.  So, by starting on Division III for those players who do not understand, we think Division III would be a much better team to learn. Providing a far better opportunity to gain knowledge with hands-on training by Coach D, Coach Ramil and Defensive Coordinator Coach Charlie Higgins, players will receive that  much needed training.    Wow! This is great training.. 

 

ATFC will also have officiating course and training. We will also schedule officials anywhere to provide the service of trained and certified officials.  All officials will be compensated by the home team requesting for officiating crews. team needing certified officials must fill out and send to ATFC.  A form is provided in the form section.  Just fill out the form and click send.

 

When professional Leagues are started in the Philippines only the more experience players will make the team and it is our goal to see each player has an opportunity to pursue his dreams. In preparation to achieve these goals, we have put together a curriculum to help understand techniques, schemes and more, giving a player the knowledge to advance to a pro level. To do this they have to know football inside and out while playing on the Semi Pro team.  

 

Our goal is to teach and coach our players in becoming men in a control fashion while learning a rough and tuff sport. However, representing the country with respect, honor, integrity and knowledge is very much important when playing any sport. We know American football is a very physical sport and we as coaches and players have to remember this on the field as well as off the field.
