ATFC - Teams

Division 1- Semi Pro "Trojans"

Semi-pro football merely means "amateur football" and second to non in a real sense. It is played by adults, from the ages of 18 to "whatever," who love the game enough after their high school and/or college careers that they "haven't gotten it out of their systems yet!" This first year team is made up of players who love the game of football so much that they pay to play. Each and every member of the ATFC Trojans has had to purchase their own equipment and may have to contribute a player fee (in order to insure the purchase of the team's uniforms). However, the ATFC staff and coaches are working hard to find sponsors and assistance to help with cost. Over the course of the year, this financial burden can be substantial. Most of the players are still college students and want the opportunity to play American football. So, ATFC is trying to provide that opportunity to all adults including coaches.

Division 2- International Team

ATFC International Team Cardinals will play football internationally competing with other teams in other counties. Players will be selected from division 1 and 3 teams to represent the Philippines.

Division 3- Adult Amateur team BullDogs.

This is a very well diverse team, in terms of good and great. So, our goal is to provide some leverage in expectation. We would like to keep players in the same training capacity to share the same knowledge in understanding football. However, formulating a team to understand and make the team paramount to others by giving the tools to understanding is exciting once achieved, and in creating a knowledge base in a formula to learn one’s position. So, it is my goal to give every player that formula.

Sometimes training and conditioning is very competitive between players. It also shows a player’s enthusiasm to be better than others, which will grab the attention of any coach. However, this is contrary to how I teach my coaches. All coaches will observe and teach on players disabilities and start a process to help the player become an all around player. Every player has bad and good abilities but I want them to be great. So, we will start them on a program to do just that based on player’s position.
