PFOA, is an organization very much needed in American Football as every sport that has some type of officiating. ATFC is excited to have PFOA (Philippines Football Officials Association). PFOA, attached to ATFC, now has an academy which is also sponsored by Mickey Richardson and certified by his organization located in Redmond, Wa.
