Would like to say congratulations and Welcome to  all Coaches selected by Board of Directors.

 

Coaches this is just the first step in becoming the most dedicated and knowledgeable coaches in the Philippines. You will all learn "how to and how not to."

 

Teaching ATFC way, our coaches are not aggressive however, they are firm.  You will find players that are slow in understanding and this is where you start learn "how to". You will learn how to draw and physically show  the ATFC method. We found this to be quite influential with a few players. The rewards are watching your players perform on Team Semi pro or Nationally. Coaching is also learning something forgotten or new! We all learn something didn't know each day.
